At Willowbank Education, we are dedicated to providing meticulously tailored programs to schools across East Kent, customising our initiatives to meet the unique requirements of both the students and their respective home schools. Our collaborative efforts extend to working closely with referring professionals, including VSK, to ensure comprehensive and personalised educational support.

Before any child or young person begins their educational journey with us, we uphold a rigorous due diligence process. This involves collaborating closely with referring professionals to conduct thorough checks and implement appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This meticulous approach precedes the young person's awareness of our provision, safeguarding their aspirations. Our referral paperwork meticulously captures the individual's data and pen portrait, enabling us to be fully prepared to extend the necessary support.

In adherence to our SLA agreements with referring partners, children and young people attending our bespoke programs are scheduled for no more than two days per week. These agreements are clearly outlined, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding. Within this framework, each student benefits from a Personalised Support Plan (PSP) meticulously crafted and maintained by their host school or virtual school. This PSP seamlessly incorporates the educational opportunities offered by Willowbank, ensuring a holistic and cohesive learning experience for the young person.
